NWLL Supports Emmanuel Cancer Foundation at this year’s Opening Day Parade

Dear Parents and Friends of North Wall Little League,

While this April we will be celebrating our children and their ability to enjoy baseball and softball, some families will be dealing with the unfathomable struggle of pediatric cancer. So this year, we have chosen to support The Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, by accepting donations for their food pantry.

You can drop off your donations during our Opening Day Parade, or at the Evans Shack anytime you are at the fields this season.

The Emmanuel Cancer Foundation provides over 200 New Jersey families faced with pediatric cancer a place to turn for comfort and support through free in-home counseling; food and other material assistance to preserve quality of life; and emergency funds to help pay for urgent expenses such as rent and utilities. These efforts help ease families’ emotional and financial burdens.

Help us make their lives a little bit easier by purchasing the following, or similar, pantry items during your supermarket visit today, based on what they need most. Any amount helps!
