Dear Wall Softball parents,

Thank you for registering your daughter(s) for the 2019 Spring Softball Season. We are looking forward to an exciting spring season for the girls!

Here is some information about the up coming season and evaluations:

To begin, this year’s evaluations are being held:
Sunday, March 31st
8am – 10am
Sports City 
269 Squankum Rd (Rear Building)
Farmingdale, NJ 07727

The evaluations are for all players born 2006 to 2010.

These evaluations are conducted for a number of reasons: first so the Minor and Major Division teams can be drafted fairly. They also give the coaches of all divisions an opportunity to see the girls play a bit and what the skill levels are. We also use these evaluations to get an insight into what the league can do to move the girls forward, i.e. skills camps, clinics, equipment ect. so we ask that you make every effort to attend.

Bond Checks for both North Wall and South Wall will be collected when you check in that morning, please have your bond check prepared so we can move the check in process along. Players will NOT receive a uniform or be allowed to play in games if the bond check has not been received. 

Teams will be formulated later in the day on the 31st so players should hear from coaches that evening or the following day!

Practices will be allowed to start April 1.

Opening Day Parade and Festivities:
The season will begin April 6 with North Wall LL opening day parade and games. The South Wall opening day parade and games will be the following weekend April 13th.

We are asking all players to march in the parade where they are registered, but to also make a effort to march in both parades. These events are a great celebration for the girls to show off their new uniforms, be with teammates off the field, and enjoy the festivities both leagues provide.

 

Team Picture Day:
This years pictures will be held Monday April 15, 2019 at the Wall Twp Municipal Bldg.  Times will be given to coaches by the first week of April.
